    The aim of the RisikoBlick project is to develop a new user interface that enables both the current situation and forward-looking planning of water supply in specific regions. Work on the RisikoBlick application is based on developments from the EINSATZBILD+ project.

    Overview assessment of current and planned ambulance services

    The aim of the project EINSATZBILD+ is to support dispatchers working for the Vienna Red Cross in their daily work. One of their main responsibility is to dispatch available cars to booked positions to pick up patients. We will develop a new user interface employing geospatial visualization to support this task. In addition, an evaluation of the new virtual dispatch board in real-world operation is planned in order to gain new insights into the use of user interfaces in emergency dispatch centers.
