At the Institute of Building- and Industrial Construction, in the Research Unit of Integrated Planning and Industrial Building TU Wien is offering a position as student staff in research/administration for 20 hours/week. Expected start: November 2024. This position is limited to expected 4 years, but no longer than the completion of a master's or diploma degree.

Tasks:

  • Collaboration in aquisition and maintenance of IT Infrastructure (Software and Hardware) as of the new digital technologies
  • Support in the preparation and implementation of reserach projects, in particular in the field of digital design
  • Organisational and administrative support in teaching

Your profile:

  • Enrolled in a relevant bachelor's program Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, no completed master's or diploma programme in the area
  • Specific subject knowledge:Building Information Modelling, Programming basics, IT Competences
  • Experience as a tutor is an advantage
  • Team- and communication skills

Entry level salary is determined by the pay grade C of the Austrian collective agreement for university staff. This is a minimum of currently EUR 1,299.60/month gross, 14 times/year for 20 hours/week.
