The IEEE VIS conference is the premier forum for advances in theory, methods, and applications of visualization and visual analytics. The conference will convene an international community of researchers and practitioners from universities, government, and industry to exchange recent findings on the design and use of visualization tools. In 2025, the conference will again take place in Europe, this time in Vienna.
IEEE VIS 2025 solicits novel research contributions and innovative applications in all areas of visualization. There will be paper tracks, short paper presentations, workshops, panels, industry partners contributing novel ideas and use cases, and social events for networking.
As every year, student volunteers provide essential support to the IEEE VIS Conference. We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic students who have experience with in-person events to staff various conference events!
